1. Clean & Dry Your Skin
Start with clean, dry skin. Ensure your chest is free from any oils, lotions, or deodorants — this helps the adhesive stick better and last longer.
2. Peel Off the Backing
Carefully remove the protective film from the medical-grade adhesive side of the nipple lifter.
3. Add the Protective Sheet (We’ve Got You!)
We include extra protective sheets as a little love from us to your nipples!
Peel off a pair of these specially designed sheets and place each at the center of the nipple lifter. They don’t require any extra adhesive and can be reused up to 20 times, depending on your usage.
4. Position the Nipple Lifter
Place the lifter over your nipple, aligning it comfortably. Press it down gently to ensure a secure hold.
5. Lift & Adjust
Gently lift and reposition the top part of the lifter to achieve your desired shape and support. It should stay comfortably in place without causing any discomfort.
6. Smooth the Edges

- If your breast size is approximately 4 inches or less, then go with 8cm: 32A - 36B.
- For measurements ranging from 36D to 38B, select the 10cm wide cover depending on your preference.
