Make sure your skin is clean and dry, free from oils, lotions, or deodorants. This ensures the adhesive sticks securely. - Peel Off the Protective Backing
Gently peel off the backing from the medical-grade adhesive to expose the sticky side.
Put the Protective Sheet: we give you extra for our love for Nipples!! - Pull a pair of the very thoughtfully made protective sheet that comes along with the covers and place each at the centre of the cover to protect your nipples from any adhesive or discomfort. Please note that these protection covers do not need any additional adhesive and can be replaced after 20 uses depending on the usage.

If your breast size is approximately 4 inches or less, then go with 9 cm: 32A - 36B
